At Flylow Gear, we stand by the quality of our outerwear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your mountain adventures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a standard return for a refund or an exchange for a different size, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
